This is Isla in all her morning glory. She has a fuzzy mohawk the sticks straight up. This is the morning that she first tried Rice Cereal. She loved it and gobbled it all up. She is ready to move on to more flavorful foods now.
Isla loves to do baby yoga. She loves her toes and she loves pulling her socks off. She also loves to chew on them if she can get them into her mouth.
I love this pic because this is typical of how Lucas makes Isla laugh. She gives him the best belly laughs. Its hard not to laugh when you hear her giggle. She definitely loves her daddy.

HaLLowEEn
We had a blast this Halloween. We decorated, ate wayyyy too much, chocolate-y, pumpkin-y, cinnamon-y things all month long. It was awesome. We had a little get- together on Halloween night. I made some chili (a Wendy's chili knock-off), the traditional Ham and Cheese Rolls, Root Beer and lots of other goodies. Our door was open all night with trick-or-treaters coming and going. We had so much candy left over and the kids buckets were full after only doing 2 streets in our community. Gavin dressed as an AR-trooper from Star Wars. Tyrone was a Werewolf. Niamh was Tinkerbell. Isla was a mermaid. Everyone had a great time and we were so sad the night had to end. We didn't get any pics of Lucas, he always seems to be forgotten, behind the camera. We will have some pics of his lovely mug in the next post, I promise he still exists.

Happy Birthday Niamh
Niamh had two birthday parties this year. Her birthday was on October 20th. She picked out a little strawberry shortcake and we had a little family party. Then the following Sunday we had a big party with all the cousins and other family. Niamh wanted a Tangled/Rapunzel cake. I had high hopes doing a fondant cake, but after a nightmare and a mess, I ended up just frosting it with chocolate cream cheese frosting. It turned out fine. Niamh had a great 3rd birthday. I can't believe my baby girl is now 3 years old. She is so smart and beautiful. She knows her mind and isn't afraid to speak it. The other day I asked her when she was going to start using the potty and her reply was, "let's not talk about that right now." There you have it. She will do it when she is ready, so I guess I must be patient. She is the sweetest girl and can melt your heart with one look. We love our Niamhy and are so happy she is part of our family.
